The real estate exam can be challenging, but with proper preparation, it’s manageable. The exam covers important topics like real estate laws, practices, and principles. While some test-takers may find certain sections more difficult, studying thoroughly and using the right resources can significantly improve your chances of passing on the first try. Our school offers free tutoring to all of our students in our courses.

We’re here to help you succeed, and while most of our students pass the exam on the first try, some don’t. You may have to retake in the exam in this case.
